Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your hostname.
Exclude "www" from your search. If the installation is at https://www.domain.com/BDTech/, simply enter "domain.com."
Include the sub-domain if it exists in your search. For example, if the installation is at https://my.domain.com, enter "my.domain.com."
